Warranty Information

White’s and Hathorn brand boots are unquestionably warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship one year from date of purchase.

Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in our materials and hand-crafted workmanship, which assures unsurpassed quality for rugged, dependable service. In the rare event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product.

Special Order Boots

When choosing your boot options, please keep in mind that special order boots are crafted just for you and therefore are unable to be exchanged or returned. Boots purchased direct from the factory will have a fit guarantee if the order is accompanied by measurements or if you are a returning customer.

Boots identified as standard or stock items, are available for return or exchange as long as they have not been worn outdoors or scuffed.

To ensure your satisfaction with your boot order, you may contact a White’s employee and we will be happy to help you with questions about available options and the ordering process.

Repair and Rebuilds

Repair and Rebuilds of White’s Manufactured Products:

Boots requiring repair should be returned to White’s Boots, Inc. at 4002 E. Ferry Ave, Spokane, WA 99202. A brief written description of the work requested, along with your name and contact information, must accompany the boots. Please mark the outside of the shipping container, Attn: Repairs.

Returns Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by White’s Return Department.

A return authorization (RA) number can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 541-3786. Or email (see above)

All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to: White’s Boots Inc. at 4002 E. Ferry Ave., Spokane, WA 99202, with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.

Unclaimed Repaired Products

Customer boots that were completed more than 6-9 months ago, will be notified that the boots have been available to be picked up or shipped.

Three documented notification attempts will then be made, with the last one stating a forfeiture date on all boots left unclaimed after 12 months.

Any payment made towards the repair will not be refunded, but can be used as store credit.
