Repairs

One remarkable advantage of investing in our boots is that they are rebuildable and/or resoleable. You’ll recognize the same time-proven quality in your rebuilt boots as you did in your first pair of White’s Boots.

Once you have reviewed your sales order, you may call in payment so your boots will be shipped as soon as they’re complete, getting them back on your feet as soon as possible. If paying once the repair is complete, a White’s Boots representative will contact you to collect payment before the boots are shipped to you.

What changes can I make to the boot when rebuilding?

Our standard rebuilds will replace the outsole, midsole, insole, heel base, heel cap, vamp, heel counter, false tongues, and laces. Special requests such as size change, leather, last, etc. can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Will my NFPA certified boots still be certified after a rebuild?

No, all NFPA boots will be rebuilt with the same materials and specifications, but once the original product is altered in any way, the NFPA certification is lost.

Will you repair my White’s Pac Boots?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer repair services for the discontinued Pac Boots. We recommend contacting Hoffman Boots.

Can you repair my boots from a different manufacturer?
